The courses lecturer is Sarah Kay BSc (Hons), PhD, CTA. Sarah writes VAT commentary for Croner-i. She trained with EY as part of their indirect tax graduate training scheme and qualified as a CTA in 2001. Since leaving EY in 2004 she has worked for specialist VAT Consultancy firms helping a range of businesses to navigate round the increasingly complex VAT regime.
