TC Group merges with Sussex accountancy firm

 TC Group has merged with accountancy firm Sykes, Dalby & Truelove Ltd (SDTL) in a move set to expand the firm’s presence in West Sussex

The chartered accountancy firm, SDTL, aims to help businesses become more profitable and has worked for a varied range of clients ranging from sole traders and partnerships to international trading companies, providing solutions to day-to-day accounting and tax issues.

The acquisition firm has eight staff and they will be joining the TC Group which currently has 106 employees across offices in London, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Thames Valley, Farnham, West Bristol, East Midlands, Croydon, West Sussex, North Essex, Chippenham, East Yorkshire and St Albans.

The TC Group is currently undergoing rapid growth having announced five recent mergers with the firms: Sence Accounting, Berley Chartered Accountants, Tax Angel Accounting and The Company Books this year.

The TC Group offers a range of accounting and tax services along with legal advice to both businesses and the public. It recently became the first UK accountancy firm to offer a full range of investment, mortgage, legal and HR advice.

The merger was supported by WJP Brokerage Limited who made the initial introduction between the two accountancy firms.
