TC Group merges with accounting firm in Leicester

TC has expanded its presence in the East Midlands following a merger with Leicester-based practice, Sence Accounting

Sence Accounting, owned by Anna Ball, provides accountancy and advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses and individuals across the East Midlands.

Ball said: ‘I am delighted Sence Accounting is joining TC Group and that our core values of helping clients achieve their goals with our straightforward, jargon-free advice will continue following this merger.

Jordan Dennis, partner at TC, added: ‘Sence Accounting is a well-established practice. By joining TC, they have boosted our representation in the East Midlands. Anna Ball has built a solid client base across multiple sectors by providing a first-class service, a service level that shall continue at TC.

‘We are also very grateful to WJP Brokerage Limited, who recognised the potential synergy between us and made the initial introduction.’

TC Group is ranked 39th in the annual Accountancy Daily Top 75 Firms survey and reported fee income of £20.1m for year end 2020. The firm is in a strong expansion mode, confirming the latest acquisition of London-based Berley Chartered Accountants earlier this month.
