
Shaw Gibbs has acquired Northampton based firm DNG (Dove Naish LLP) in the fourth acquisition in six months
All existing staff at DNG will remain with the firm, including three directors, Andrew Clifford, Robyn Liddell and Ian Robson. There are currently 32 employees at the firm, which will be rebranded under the Shaw Gibbs name.
The value of the deal was not disclosed.
This is the fourth acquisition in six months for Shaw Gibbs, creating a 260 person-strong practice in six locations around England, including Oxford, Basingstoke, Farnham, London, Northampton and Woking.
Shaw Gibbs reported £7m in fee income for year end 2022 and is on an acquisition push to expand the firm, which focuses on entrepreneurial businesses and private individuals.
DNG was set up in 2019 and has a client base ranging from individuals to partnerships, charities, and large companies.

A seamless transition is expected for the two companies following the previous acquisitions in the year highlighting Shaw Gibbs eagerness to expand and adjust in an ever-changing market.
