Rosalind Connor is partner at ARC Pensions Law. Rosalind has spent two decades advising employers, trustees, administrators and members in relation to the establishment, management and winding up of pension schemes. She has a particular expertise in dealing with distressed situations, and was involved in the first apportionment carried out for PPF purposes in a distressed business restructuring.  

Rosalind trained at the city firm of Gouldens (now part of the international firm Jones Day) and remained there for 16 years, becoming a partner and head of European Employee Benefits.  She then became a partner at Taylor Wessing in its Pensions Group before joining ARC Pensions Law at the beginning of 2016.
