Elsen is a co-founder and chairman of reputation management agency Byfield Consultancy. He has over 20 years’ crisis and litigation PR experience, having devised and executed campaigns throughout Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East. Prior to co-founding Byfield Consultancy, Elsen was deputy head of Labour’s Rapid Rebuttal & Media Attack Unit for the 1997 UK General Election, after which he was a board director of a subsidiary arm of InterPublic Group, the global communications, marketing and advertising company.
