Quantuma moves Bristol office to grow practice

Business advisory firm Quantuma LLP has taken on more office space and plans to double staff numbers

The south west team has moved into the Vintry Building in Bristol city centre where the firm has taken on 2,000 square foot of additional office space, to accommodate up to 20 people, doubling the current number of staff. The team currently covers the south west and south Wales regions.

A key part of Quantuma’s vision is to grow the regional office and grow its portfolio of services offered to clients in line with the wider firm strategy, which includes restructuring, forensic accounting and corporate finance, all of which it is actively looking to recruit in.

Graham Randall, partner at Quantuma LLP, said: ‘During our search for larger office space to accommodate our growing team, we reviewed a number of sites. The Vintry really stood out for us - the central location, quality of refurbishment and dynamic working environment provides us with the ideal platform to continue achieving our ambitious growth plans for Bristol and the south west.’

Located on Wine Street, the Vintry Building’s 1950s Art Deco office building comprises circa 30,000 square foot.

The building was purchased in 2015 and is asset managed by Ashville which designed, and project managed its transformation in 2016 to include a new reception area and common parts, new cycle stores and showers as well as new high specification offices.

The letting was agreed by Cushman & Wakefield and joint agents JLL on behalf of Ashville Asset Management.

Andrew Oliver, lettings manager, Ashville Asset Management, said: ‘We are delighted that Quantuma chose Vintry Building for their recent expansion and being in in excess of 2,000 square foot shows their significant growth in With a further two companies joining us in October alone, it proves there is still a strong demand from companies for good quality city centre offices in Bristol. I would like to wish them the very best in their new office.’

Quantuma has offices in London, Southampton, Marlow, Watford, Brighton, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Ringwood and Weymouth. In July 2018, the firm opened two international offices in Cyprus (Nicosia and Paphos).
