PwC set to acquire customer relations specialist business CDecisions

PwC has conditionally agreed to acquire UK-based Salesforce consultancy, CDecisions, which specialises in customer relations for financial services firms

The CDecisions team will join PwC on completion of the deal, expected to be formally completed by the end of the year. It will become part of PwC's existing UK Salesforce team, which has undergone significant growth following its 2016 acquisition of Polish technology consultancy Outbox and now has a headcount of 350.

The move follows earlier acquisitions by PwC, including the European consultancy Mokum, and Booz & Company (now Strategy&), in 2014.
