Phil Fenn is general practice partner at Mercer & Hole. He joined Mercer & Hole in 2007 from a senior role in industry and works closely with an extensive portfolio of start-ups, growing businesses, medium-sized enterprises and subsidiaries of multinational corporations, providing them with practical, business-focused advice. He has a special interest in food and agriculture, manufacturing, construction, logistics and information technology, having previous client-side experience in these sectors.

Having originally trained in practice, Fenn moved into industry where he held a number of senior finance positions and developed strong commercial and analytical skills.
