OECD sets date for BEPS transfer pricing public consultation

As the September deadline for the publication of the next steps in the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) project fast approaches, the OECD is holding a public consultation event on transfer pricing matters in Paris early next week

The event will concentrate on the transfer pricing issues covered by two recently published discussion drafts which deal with work in relation to Actions 8, 9, and 10 of the BEPS Action Plan.

The consultation is looking specifically at cost contribution arrangements and hard-to-value intangibles, and there will be an update on chapters I and VI (risks, non-recognition and intangibles).

Both discussion drafts have been open for written comment for a period and the OECD says this is an opportunity for further public discussion.

The event takes place on 6 and 7 July at the OECD Conference Centre, Paris, and will be broadcast live online via this link
