Naomi Lawton is a senior associate at Memery Crystal LLP. She advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of direct and indirect tax issues, both in the UK and internationally. She has advised on business structures, corporate acquisitions, disposals and reconstructions, real estate and employment issues.

Her particular expertise is in dealing with cross-border tax matters, which includes double tax treaty planning, holding company structures, relocations and questions of residence and domicile. She previously acted as a consultant to the International Financial Centres Forum, during which time she was responsible for informing UK and offshore government and private sectors on matters of global tax policy.
