Michael Davis is managing partner of HW Fisher & Company and plays a significant role in the overall management of the firm. As well as acting for a large number of businesses, he is also actively involved in internal auditing and risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley work on behalf of UK subsidiaries of quoted US companies, and business recovery and insolvency.
