Michael Cantwell is a partner in the corporate department of hlw Keeble Hawson. He principally acts for private limited companies and shareholders specialising in corporate transactional work including: acquisitions and disposals; MBOs/MBIs; and joint ventures. In addition, he acts for a number of financial institutions on a range of banking, finance and private equity issues.
