MHA Carpenter Box rebrands with Brighton office opening

MHA Carpenter Box, the accountancy, tax and wealth management practice has opened a new Brighton office, adding to the existing Gatwick and Worthing locations

The opening of the latest addition to the firm’s two existing offices coincides with the launch of a new branding and logo with the tagline ‘Now, for tomorrow’. MHA Carpenter Box reported fee income of £10.7m in 2018 and has 16 partners, including three new partner elects, supported by 170 staff.

The new office will be led by partner elect Sam Uwins, who specialises in the digital media sector. He will be joined by a team of tax and wealth management advisers who will help to deploy the firm’s business advisory expertise to existing and new clients across Brighton and Hove.

Managing partner, Alan Edwards said: ‘Our new office and new look mark an important phase in the development of the firm. With a headcount of around 170 and a client care strategy that matches our new “Now, for tomorrow” tagline, we aim to deliver the kind of business advice that our clients need to help them on their business and personal journeys.

‘Our new presence in Brighton is aimed at making conversations easier as we embed ourselves into the local business landscape and start to build new relationships.’
