US food manufacturer Kellogg’s has become one of the first multinationals to signal concerns about the possible impact of the government’s new Diverted Profits Tax (DPT), also known as the Google tax, which is  designed to tackle the use of aggressive tax planning techniques and came into effect on 1 April 2015
