Kathy Daniels BSc, FCIPD, specialises in employment law and runs her own consultancy business. She is also a senior teaching fellow at Aston University in the work and organisational psychology group. She is a lay member of the Employment Tribunals, sitting in Birmingham and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
