Karen Davidson is legal director, tax at Pinsent Masons. She specialises in corporate and business tax as well as advising in relation to employee share incentive arrangements. Her experience includes advising on the tax aspects of corporate mergers, acquisition disposals, joint venture arrangements and reorganisations.
