Janette Cattell is special counsel at Withers LLP and acts for a number of major clients with complex trust structures, both onshore and offshore. She advises on the tax-efficient structuring of transactions, the drafting of complex wills, settlements and supplemental documents, and the exercise of trustees' and executors’ powers and duties, including governance issues for private trust company structures. Cattell also advises charities and philanthropists and, in this connection, she acts as the secretary to a major grant giving charitable trust.
