Ian Carpenter is a partner and head of indirect tax at RSM. He has over 20 years’ experience in indirect tax, both advising clients and previously worked for HMRC. He has worked on a wide range of clients including international groups, UK businesses and social housing, and not for profit entities. Ian has particular experience in the web-based leisure, property and construction and social housing sectors.
