Haysmacintyre has appointed Jeremy Beard as the new managing partner of the firm, ranked at number 26 in the Accountancy Daily 2019 league table of firms with a revenue of £28.8m
Beard takes over the role from Ian Cliffe who has led the firm for the past six years, having reached the end of his maximum tenure. Cliffe will now focus fully on client work, expanding his portfolio within the creative media and technology sector and leading the firm’s transaction support team
Beard has been a partner at haysmacintyre for 24 years after qualifying with the firm in 1990. He is currently head of the professional institutes and membership bodies (PIMBs) sector team, and has held a number of management positions at the firm including on the management and supervisory boards, and is currently a non-executive director of MSI Global Alliance, the international association of accountants and lawyers.
Joining Beard on the new management board are Andrew Broome (head of services), Anna Bennett (head of operations), Natasha Frangos (head of corporate), Richard Weaver (head of not for profit), and Simon Wilks.
