Hannah Lloyd is a corporate tax partner at RSM with over 15 years tax experience. She has particular expertise in advising large and multinational corporates, including providing advice on R&D tax relief, the substantial shareholdings exemption, and international matters. Having trained with EY, Lloyd worked at BDO for 10 years prior to joining the firm.
