Dominic Palmer is a senior associate in the corporate practice of Mayer Brown, based in the London office. He undertakes a broad spectrum of transactional corporate and commercial work focusing on public and private mergers & acquisitions as well as outsourcing transactions. He also works in the field of corporate finance and corporate governance, acting for issuers in relation to admissions, secondary funds raising and ongoing compliance with market rules.
