Most of Companies House’s online services will not be available over the Easter holiday period due to planned maintenance
The essential system maintenance will affect WebFiling, the XML gateway, WebCheck, and Companies House Direct. All of these will be unavailable from 11:59pm on Thursday 13 April to 7am on Tuesday 18 April.
It will not be possible to file AD01 on CHS during the maintenance period and the Follow service will not be available.
Companies House is advising users to use their online facility beforehand to check if their accounts are due during the planned maintenance.
All search functions on CHS will be available during the essential maintenance. It will be possible to search all other existing records, including any filings made up until 11:59pm on Thursday 13 April.
