CogitalGroup launches digital workplace platform

Big Four challenger CogitalGroup has launched CoZone, a next generation digital workplace which will allow clients to access the full breadth of its services in one secure place, timed to coincide with the introduction of Making Tax Digital, HMRC’s move to digitise tax

The international business services group, which is focused on entrepreneurial and private businesses says the digital platform is another key differentiator in its offering to clients.

The GDPR compliant cloud-based portal will ensure clients have secure two factor authentication access to real time information, supporting encrypted document exchange, 24/7 messaging, as well as digital access to cloud accounting applications.

CoZone was initially piloted across the group’s operations in the Nordics in 2018 and will now be rolled out across the group’s UK businesses, Baldwins, Blick Rothenberg, Campbell Dallas and Wilkins Kennedy.

In addition to traditional accounting support, CoZone currently offers a suite of additional business services, including real time access to financial information, and will offer downloadable payslip functionality amongst other developments.

John Connolly, executive chairman of CogitalGroup, said: ‘CoZone is a cutting-edge digital platform, designed to make our clients’ lives simpler and more secure.

‘This is firm evidence not only of our commitment to client service, but also that at CogitalGroup we are innovators, bringing the latest digital solutions into the heart of the business services sector. The response to the platform from our businesses in the Nordic region has been overwhelmingly positive, and we look forward to an equally positive response from our UK clients.’
