HMRC have updated Excise Notice 554: Fuel used in private pleasure craft and for private pleasure flying.

The Customs, International Trade and Excise Enquiries contact e-mail and postal address have been removed and the 'Putting things right' and 'How HMRC uses your information' sections have been added.
