SI 2021/312 gives effect to the 2021 benefits and pensions up-rating exercise from 12 April 2021.

The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Regulations 2021 contains provisions necessary to give full effect to the 2021 benefits and pensions up-rating exercise. The regulations further revoke the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/266), subject to savings. The regulations come into force on 12 April 2021.
