Scottish Government consults on charity law

The Scottish Government has launched a consultation on proposals for improvements to charity law that would increase transparency and accountability.
The Scottish Government would like to hear from people working in and with the charity sector, members of the public, and anyone with an interest in charity law.
The consultation runs until February 2021.
