Art market participants guidance on anti-money laundering supervision published

HMRC have published guidance to help prevent money laundering and terrorist financing for art market participants.
Separate guidance on finding out whether an art market participant needs to register under the money laundering regulations is also available.
The guidance has been produced by the British Art Market and is based on law and regulations as of 10 January 2020. It is designed to help art market participants meet their obligations for money laundering supervision, including customer due diligence, record keeping and reporting suspicious activity.
