The Trade Remedies (Reconsideration and Appeals) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 provide for the reconsideration of decisions taken by the Trade Remedies Authority (TRA), when established, under the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018, Sch. 4 and 5, the Trade Remedies (Dumping and Subsidisation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (SI 2019/450) and the Trade Remedies (Increase in Imports Causing Serious Injury to UK Producers) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (SI 2019/449). They also provide for decisions made by the TRA and the Secretary of State under such legislation to be appealed to the Upper Tribunal. The TRA itself will be established by the Trade Bill when it receives Royal Assent. The regulations come into force on 3 June 2019.
