SI 2019/914 - The Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 (Appointed Day No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) (Modification) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

SI 2019/914 sets 7 May 2019 for the coming into force of regulation making powers in TCTA 2018, Sch. 4 and 5.

The Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 (Appointed Day No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) (Modification) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 set 7 May 2019 as the day appointed for the coming into force of Sch. 4, para. 30 and Sch. 5, para. 29 which provide the Secretary of State with the power to make regulations concerning the reconsideration, review or appeal of decisions made by the Trade Remedies Authority (the TRA) or the Secretary of State under provision made by or under those Schedules. Until the TRA is established, Sch. 4, para. 30 and Sch. 5, para. 29 have effect with the modifications provided for in the Schedule to the regulations.  The regulations were made on 7 May 2019.
