HMRC publishes policy documents on Tackling Tax Avoidance

HMRC have published a series of documents on their strategy on tackling tax avoidance and offshore non-compliance.
The No Safe Havens 2019 strategy establishes new objectives in tackling offshore non-compliance and sets out how HMRC will continue to ensure the correct UK tax is paid by helping taxpayers meet their obligations and responding appropriately to those who pay less than they should. The policy documents include a foreword from Mel Stride MP, Financial Secretary to the Treasury.
Tackling tax avoidance, evasion and other forms of non-compliance sets out the Government’s approach and achievements in tackling tax avoidance, evasion and other forms of non-compliance.
