HMRC have updated factsheet CC/FS13 publishing details of deliberate defaulters at the section about 'How to avoid having your details published'.
CC/FS13: publishing details of deliberate defaulters contains information about when HMRC may publish the details of people who deliberately get their tax affairs wrong. The factsheet has been updated at the section How to avoid having your details published. Defaulters qualifying for maximum penalty disclosure or who make an unprompted disclosure of deliberate defaults and provide HMRC will all the information required to calculate the additional tax and penalties will not have their details published.
