Gilbey is global leader of the Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice at Squire Patton Boggs. He provides tax advice on a wide range of domestic and international corporate tax issues, including planning opportunities for corporate and individual vendors as well as the tax efficient methods of restructuring corporate groups. Bernhard also advises clients on employee benefits schemes, executive remuneration issues and incentive arrangements, share option and restricted stock rules. He is a director of the International Tax and Investment Center, and member of the International Fiscal Association and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
