Anne Lewis CTA is a partner at law firm Cripps where she is an established and highly regarded non-contentious private client lawyer, who joined Cripps as a partner in 2001. She specialises in tax and succession planning, trusts and capacity issues.

She is experienced in dealing with complex estates including cross border issues, agricultural property relief and business property relief.

She is qualified as a solicitor and Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She is also a Deputy appointed by the Court of Protection. She is on the global steering committee for the STEP Special Interest Group on Mental Capacity.
